As part of the global "Big 5" accounting firms, BDO/USA handles all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for Stateside Realty Inc. In addition to managing ongoing accounting, BDO/USA prepares the annual reports and financial statements for the shareholders of Stateside Realty Inc., which serve as the basis for dividend payments. The financial statements are prepared according to international GAAP standards, ensuring transparency and reliability for investors. With BDO as a partner, Stateside Realty Inc. relies on the highest financial expertise and international standards.

Arpad von Toth

Arpad von Toth has been successfully investing in US Tax Liens and real estate since 2008. He developed a franchise program specifically for European investors who wish to invest in Tax Liens and income-generating real estate in the USA. Over a period of 8 years, he acquired, renovated, and either rented or sold more than 140 properties. As one of the first US companies, he introduced tokenized Stateside Realty to the market and received BaFin approval to enable German investors to access the US Fix’n Flip business.

Jack Mager

Originally from Switzerland, he has been living in Maryland, USA, since 2005. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has recently obtained the brokerage license, allowing him to run his own realtor brokerage firm. In his role, he is responsible for the entire process of property acquisition, renovation, and resale. Jack brings significant expertise to the company through his many years of experience and knowledge.

Toni Schober

Toni Schober is a trained banker and has been a successful investor in the US real estate and Tax Lien market for many years. As a Certified Tax Lien Professional, he is responsible as a Tax Lien Analyst and brings his extensive expertise to the evaluation and analysis of investment opportunities. He actively supports Jack Mager in property scouting and the selection of potential projects. His many years of experience and deep knowledge in the areas of Tax Liens and real estate investments make him an invaluable resource to the team.

Investor Qualification

Interested investors must register and qualify as professional client according to Annex II of DIRECTIVE 2014/65/EU or as a non-qualified according to § 65a Self-disclosure when brokering the conclusion of a contract for securities within the meaning of § 6 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpHG) . A professional client is a client who possesses the experience, knowledge and expertise to make its own investment decisions and properly assess the risks that it incurs.

Non-Qualified Investor Declaration

A non-qualified investor has to declare the investment amount does not exceed:

  1. 10,000 Euros, provided that the respective non-qualified investor has, according to his self-disclosure, freely disposable assets in the form of bank deposits and financial instruments of at least 100,000 Euros; or
  2. Twice the amount of the average monthly net income of the respective non-qualified investor, but not more than 25,000 Euros. Sentence 1 shall not apply if the total amount of securities acquired by the non-qualified investor does not exceed 1,000 Euros. An investment services company may only broker the conclusion of a contract for securities within the meaning of Section 6 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz) if it has verified that the total amount of securities acquired by the non-qualified investor does not exceed 1,000 Euros or the amounts specified in sentence 1.

Investor Identification

Potential investors must successfully complete an investor identification process in accordance with anti-money laundering rules in order to invest. Only identified and verified investors can participate in the offering and purchase tokens. There is no preferential subscription right for investors. There is no entitlement to allocation of the tokens. Acquired tokens will be credited to the investors’ personal Polygon wallet and simultaneously recorded in the issuer’s register.
