In addition to managing ongoing accounting, BDO/USA prepares the annual reports and financial statements for the shareholders of Stateside Realty Inc., which serve as the basis for dividend payments. The financial statements are prepared according to international GAAP standards, ensuring transparency and reliability for investors. Arpad von Toth has been successfully investing in US Tax Liens and real estate since 2008. He developed a franchise program specifically for European investors who wish to invest in Tax Liens and income-generating real estate in the USA. Over a period of 8 years, he acquired, renovated, and either rented or sold more than 140 properties. As one of the first US companies, he introduced tokenized Stateside Realty to the market and received BaFin approval to enable German investors to access the US Fix’n Flip business.
Originally from Switzerland, he has been living in Maryland, USA, since 2005. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has recently obtained the brokerage license, allowing him to run his own realtor brokerage firm. In his role, he is responsible for the entire process of property acquisition, renovation, and resale. Jack brings significant expertise to the company through his many years of experience and knowledge.
Toni Schober is a trained banker and has been a successful investor in the US real estate and Tax Lien market for many years. As a Certified Tax Lien Professional, he is responsible as a Tax Lien Analyst and brings his extensive expertise to the evaluation and analysis of investment opportunities. He actively supports Jack Mager in property scouting and the selection of potential projects. His many years of experience and deep knowledge in the areas of Tax Liens and real estate investments make him an invaluable resource to the team.
